The DVRA will be running two Special Event stations once again, W2T and 
W2P commemorating the Battle of Trenton and the Battle of Princeton.  
W2T will be active from December 26th thru December 31st and W2P will be 
active December 31st thru January 6th.

This year we will run the event at W2ZQ, but will also solicit club 
members who would like to use the special call signs from their home 
station.  To accomplish this, we must schedule the use of the call signs 
so that we do not have two calls with the same band/mode at the same time.

W2ZQ will use the calls during the daytime from 10:00am until 5:00pm  
After this time, the calls may be used by member stations.  The shack 
will be made available for any member wanting to operate and support the 
event.  We will limit the participation at the shack to only two 
operators at any time.  The shack has sufficient disinfectant supplies 
on hand.  If you are interested in participating at the shack, please 
let Dom, N3DD (domd1 at verizon.net) know what days and times you would 
like to participate so that we can make sure the shack is open for you.

If you would like to use the call signs at home, please email Dom, N3DD 
(domd1 at verizon.net) the days, times, bands and mode you wish to use.  
Dom will publish a list on the DVRA Membership Google Group (Google 
Reflector) as they are received.

This is a very popular event so we hope you will join in on the fun.

We truly hope you are enjoying your Delaware Valley Radio Association 
membership benefits and thank you for being a valued member of our

renewals electronically by debit card, credit card, or PayPal* in 
addition to the usual method of mailing checks or hand-delivering cash.

Renewing early ensures that you’ll receive all the benefits of being a 
DVRA member for another year such as:

  * A fully equipped club radio shack with 2 HF stations, HF digital
    mode capability, VHF & UHF stations.
  * Regular hours of operation are maintained for members and guests.
  * Shack activities include participation in four major on-air
    contests, an Operator’s Club, an Open House event, Jamboree on the
    Air and Special Event stations W2T and W2P celebrating the Battles
    of Trenton and Princeton.
  * 2 Repeaters, one operating in Yaesu System Fusion C4FM digital mode
    and the other in dual mode (analog FM and C4FM).
  * Monthly club meetings with informative ham radio presentations.
