[W2CRA] 375 Control Site

Just an FYI,  Len, K3SLJ and myself with the help of Tony W2HWW 
assisting remotely, brought the 375 control site back on line. The only 
change there is that we had to remove the backup battery as it lost its 
charge and the power supply couldn't charge that and run the site at the 
same time.  Further repairs will be done to bring the backup power back 
on line.  But for the time being, the site is up and running on the 
mains power.  Test it out and let us know of any anomalies.
