[W2CRA] issues with Cherryville's 2m machine

I do agree that there is something going on.  You know it's a tough day 
when the regulars that are solid into the repeater have a lot of noise 
on the signal.  I too am having difficulty keying the repeater from my 
QTH with a 5 watt hand held.  I normally can get into 375 with .5 watt.  
I guess we'll have to get the guys that are "in the know" about the 
repeater to take a look.
