Please publicize to your club and other Amateur Radio Operators:

These VHF and UHF beams from the DVRA’s  “Island of Lost Antennas” are 
surplus to the  needs of the club.  Most will need minor repair such as 
replacing a broken element, which in many cases is just adding a piece 
of heavy aluminum ground wire.  Many are suited for VHF/UHF DX’ing, EME, 
Contesting, or Satellite work.

They are located at the W2ZQ Club Station at Mercer County Airport (look 
for Delaware Valley Radio Association on Google Maps)  and are 
  available to any Amateur Radio Operator or organization.   You have 
until 31 July  to claim and remove any antenna that you want. All they 
ask is a small donation to the club.  You decide what it’s worth.

On July 31^st , all antennas that haven’t been taken will be removed and 
sold for scrap.

Let me know if you wish to put in a claim for any of them.  There are 
usually folks at the W2ZQ shack on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday 
afternoons for you to pick them up.
