[W2CRA] VE session Correction

All,

Want to correct a notation on the CRA Education page. The VE session 
scheduled for this coming Sunday, August 20th, at the Riegel Ridge 
Community Center will take place at 4 P.M., aka 1600 hrs., *_NOT_ *3 
P.M. as indicated on the Ed. page.
