>   Here's a brief update. Again, I appreciate the concern of club members. 
>   My wife was moved to a "sub-acute care facility" this past Thursday afternoon. I was able to go with her in the ambulance. That move means she no longer needs to be in a hospital that specializes in trauma care (a good thing); however, she has a long way to recovery. 
>   As for myself, I'm feeling pretty well physically. (Mentally, besides worrying about my wife, I have the worry of a ton of insurance paperwork!) I'm walking a bit faster every day and can usually get by without a cane. I can even manage stairs now if there's a railing. I'm still staying at my daughter's place because it's relatively close to where my wife is; and anyway I'm not yet OK'd to drive.
