[W2CRA] hamfest sign-ups & appeal for help

Tom,I'll help out with the VE Session.
I'll also be a 'floater' and help out where I'm needed.
Is Marty going to be head VE again, this year or do we need to request paperwork from ARRL for the testing ourselves?
