[W2CRA] March of Dimes event, May 1,2016

Tomorrow is the March of Dimes "Walk For Babies" event. (May 1).
Sorry if I haven't sent you the Plan for the day or if you haven't received it with other emails I've sent.
If you are planning to participate or don't have your map, email me at: ac2bh at yahoo.com and I'll send you the information.
Please take the time to read over it tonight and print out a copy of (at least) the MOD map. I've marked and described the duties of the minimum number of stations we should have. If more people show up, we can have stations in between the ones I've outlined.
the predictions for tomorrow call for rain so take that into account when packing your gear. MOD will feed us - bagels and coffee in the morning and hot dogs and "stuff" at the end of the walk.
I'll be parked in the main parking area - the start of the walk - at 0700 (my vehicle is a 2003, Ford Ranger pickup, gray, with a cap. Check in with me when you arrive and I'll assign your station from there. I believe that all of the stations can be served from a vehicle with mobile radio but bring an HT.  I'd like to see everyone there by 0815 at the latest.  
If you don't get the plan - if your server strips it off or whatever, Send me an email and I'll resend it to you at the email you specify.
We'll use the .375 repeater for 'talk-in' to the site; then change to the .015 repeater at 0845 for the event.
