[W2CRA] Yaesu Fusion Project

All,

Last call - for now at least.

We currently have almost enough pledged to cover the replacement for the 446.475 repeater at Mt. Kipp and the add-on
controller adapter.

The project looks like it might be expanding to include a Fusion replacement for 147.015.  Currently, 015 is an older
ICOM repeater purchased by the County way back when and is no longer "factory" repairable, not that it needs it.  If
funds permit and are available (or at least committed) prior to 3/31 I'll order a second Fusion repeater to replace 015
and make the ICOM a spare.  (3/31 is the indicated end-date of the program).
If replaced, it will add Yaesu digital to the analog operation on 015 - nothing else should change.

If you are willing to support the project please let me know by THIS Friday (3/20) and how much you are willing to pitch
in (so I can do the accounting).

Donations toward the project should be directed to the club PO box, payable to CRA BUT with the notation: "Fusion
Project" in the check's memo field.  Give only what you feel you can afford.

When the dust settles I'll provide a full accounting to the club, members and donors.
