[W2CRA] Hamfest Next weekend!!!

Hello CRA Members!

As most of you may know, our annual Hamfest is right around the corner.  
This is one of our clubs premier events.  We need to make this event 
successful and we sure could use your help.  I'd like to see as many 
hands on deck to make this easier for us all.  Many hands make light 
work.  We have a bunch of volunteer positions available for your 
consideration.  Here are a few:

Security
Vendor Doors
Buyer Tickets
Club Table
Talk-In
Parking
VE Sessions
Kitchen

If you can help with any of these stations then please drop me an e-mail 
or call me 908-268-4367 with what you can help out with.

Please remember that we start on Friday.  If you a vehicle that you can 
help move stuff from the trailer to the High School then we are 
gathering at the trailer at 5pm on Friday.  If you don't have a suitable 
vehicle then we would like to see you at the High School at around 6pm 
to set up the hamfest space.  There we need to set up the kitchen, rolll 
out the tables and chairs, set up the vendor tables, set up the PA, etc....

The hamfest is on Saturday morning.  Vendors will start setting up at 
6:30am.  We need to be there before that to set ourselves up and prepare 
last minute items.  We will open to guests at 8am.

We will also need to break down after the hamfest.  I hope most of you 
can stick around to break down the hamfest.  Those of you with vehicles 
that can get our stuff back to the trailer are key.  But again, many 
hands make light work.
