We
will operate as a Class 4A Station. To avoid site-generated QRM,
operations for any given rig will be assigned by the posession of a
“Band Token”. A Band Token is a color-coded card with the band on
printed on it. There will be tokens for either phone or digital (CW)
on the 6M, 10M, 15M, 20M. 40M, 80M, and 160M bands. IF
YOU ARE NOT HOLDING THE CARD, YOU MAY NOT TRANSMIT ON THAT BAND.

Culinary
Delights-
An army travels on it's stomach? Hams aren't too far behind. We are
planning for lunch & dinner on Saturday, Donuts &
bagels for breakfast on Sunday, and any leftovers for lunch on
Sunday.

Public
Relations- Some hams cringe at the thought of a news reporter
watching/listening to them make a QSO. The fact is, it's one of the
fastest ways to get more people involved in the hobby and more
members to local area clubs. We will talk to local radio stations and
news services and invite them to the Field Day site on Saturday late
afternoon. In addition, County Freeholders, other government
officials, and served agencies have been invited to the site. Designated
people will be talking to the press so nobody will interfere with the
station operators.

1400
EST, Sunday, June 29, 2014:
Goal:
Operations and Break-Down

Operations
continue overnight and through the morning- We hope to have, at least, one operator on the air for the full 24
hours of the exercise.

Operations
Cease after 24 hrs- We will terminate communications at 2:00PM, after 24 hours on the
air, and begin tear-down of the stations and associated antennas.

Note:We
will have hand-sanitizer, sun-block and insect repellant available
for your use at the site. There will be dust-masks for anyone who has
to rummage around in the trailer.

We
will need plenty of extra hands to help out with break-down. Even if
you can't make it for set-up or operations, please show up to help
with break-down.

Thank
You,
Glenn,
AC2BH
