[W2CRA] 2014 Hamfest

Just to make sure everyone knows that we have our 2014 Cherryville 
Repeater Assn II Hamfest in two weeks.   This is our only fund raising 
activity for the club for the year.  We need all members to 
participate.  Details are as follows:

Setup:  Instead of our regularly scheduled club meeting on 14 March 
2014, we will be setting up the cafeterias at the North Hunterdon High 
School for the hamfest.  We are not allowed entry into the school until 
after 6:00 PM.  Whoever can, meet at the club trailer at the Route 12 
county complex at about 5:00PM and we will load the club tables, PA 
system, and other items into pickup trucks to transport to the high school.
We will be at the high school around 6:00PM and rearrange the cafeteria 
tables to suit our needs, install a Public address system, and do 
everything needed for the next day.  This takes until about 8:30PM.

On Saturday, 15 March 2015 is the hamfest.  It opens at 6:00 AM to allow 
vendors to set up their tables.  The buyers are allowed in starting at 
8:00 AM.  We need every club member there to support the event.  The 
hamfest usually ends between 12:00 noon and 1:00PM.

Takedown:  We then have to remove all of our stuff and restore the 
cafeteria to its original condition.  We take our stuff back to the 
trailer at the county complex.    It is a long, tiring day but it only 
happens once per year.

We need people to perform the following tasks:

Finance:  Bill  WB1GOT
Table Sales:  Tony  W2HWW
Security:  George W2RIJ  plus others
Buyer Ticket Sales:  Tom AB2FG plus others
Head Table announcer:  ??
Kitchen:  Tom NU2W and Bob N2MIF plus others
Parking Lot directing:  ??
Talk-in:  Bill W2BWL

Where needed  Jim KD2CZN and Irene KD2CZM

During the vendor unloading/loading at the beginning and end of the 
hamfest, Gene K2KJI needs help.  I promised him some assistance. Please 
help out.
Some of the above tasks need people to rotate through so multiple names 
are needed.
