Ladies & Gentlemen 

Good News, We have shirts and enough mugs (perhaps too many) 

Bad News 

We have half the volunteers we need! 

It's looking like we (those whom can walk far enough) will have to cover two 
divisions. 

Wish we could borrow golf carts for that. 

Kurt will be directing traffic at the same intersection again but, you'll 
have a State Trooper to make it easier. 

If you have friends who can help, bring them! 

Bill, If we can bring non-hams, can we borrow county radios? 

I'm thinking that they'll answer to their division coordinators (our club 
members) whom will deal with the issue or apprise net control. 

I'm open to ideas, what your thoughts on this, remembering, there's no time 
to call other organizations for help.
