[W2CRA] Donated Radios for Hamfest

Thanks to Roberto (K2PA) the club will be receiving a mess (technical 
terminology) )of removed from service radios from the Raritan Twp. Dept. of 
Public Works.
They will be inventoried, cherry-picked and the remainder priced and put up for 
sale at the club table.
