Ladies & Gentlemen

 

It's time!

 

To make the Hamfest successful, ALL of us need to participate and take a
leadership role.

We need everyone to make a commitment to being there and taking
responsibility for some aspect of this event.

As you all know, we are too few in numbers to not take this seriously.

 

Club table: will take admission tickets for door prizes, distribute door
prizes, represent our club and recruit, sell items for club members. The
chairmen must be there the whole Hamfest.

 

Breakfast nook: this event is where we meet old friends and meet new ones
over a cup of coffee and something else. It is important and we need you!

 

Admissions: this is a very busy job for several hours, a job for grown-ups
whom cannot be flustered easily with great math skills..

 

Talk-in, you need to bring your own communication apparatus and know the
area very well.

 

Parking, it could be bad weather (can you handle it?) and you need to be
aware and safe all the time.

 

Table sales and coordination, minimum, this is at least a two person job,
you need to be strong, concise and polite even when others aren't.

 

There are more and I'm sure most of you are well aware of the challenges
ahead, do your part, Please.

 

Don't forget to make time for set-up and tear down of the event.
