[W2CRA] VHF Noise

I am wondering if any other Member has noticed an ingress in odd static 
while reviving people on VHF...Let me explain when you are reviving 
someone on the Repeater does the person start sounding scratchy and then 
clears up. Something different other then the known issue's we have.It 
acts like when conditions change due to weather or conditions the sound 
comes and goes and signals fluctuates.

Myself and N3RAY and a few others on the Warminster machine have noticed 
an odd interference that has come up in the past month. It is affecting 
the East side of Bucks County and I know my end of Hunterdon. Looking to 
see if anyone else is seeing this so we can expand our search parameters 
as need ot see what could be causing this. It is an anoyence on Voice 
but on Packet it is a disaster the noise interferes with he transmissions.

It is to the point were after the first if it is still there bad some 
people are talking about a Fox-Hunt to see if they can narrow it down.
