Hello Cherryville!!
 
It is club meeting week again!  This month's meeting is the annual election meeting.  Ballots were mailed to all eligible members, and should have been received.  If you have not received one, please let one of the Board members know right away.  Please remember that in order for your ballot to count, you must be current with your 2012 dues by 7:30 PM on Friday.  If you haven't paid yet, see the Treasurer before the start of the meeting Friday evening.  Election results will be presented by the election committee during the meeting.  We will have a report on the 2012 CRA Hamfest, and discuss our Field Day planning as well!
 
Our program at Friday's meeting will be presented by Richard Bitzer, WB2ZKW, and will be an introduction to Amateur Radio Astronomy.  Richard is very knowledgeable on this subject, having most recently worked in this general area on a team at Princeton University.  He will have a Powerpoint presentation and a display of typical equipment he uses in this interesting endevour.  Let's show Richard a great Cherryville welcome and turn out a room full of members!
