[W2CRA] CRA: 375 issues

Alll,

The most recent problem on 375 is (probably) a loss of power at the control 
site.  This despite having backup batteries of 20+ year vintage and questionable 
performance.

We have 2 "spare" power supplies and 2 not so spare batteries.
We need a battery shelf to hold the batteries, some work to clear the street 
area to allow parking and a general clean and trash of the control site which 
requires a pickup and street access - parking.
Or we can leave it down till ? ? ?
