Hello Cherryville!!

This Saturday, March 19, is the big day of our 2011 Hamfest.  Help is needed for 
setup Friday evening.  We will meet at approximately 4:30 PM at the club trailer 
at the County site (back of the County library off Route 12) to gather needed 
materials.  From there we will travel to North Hunterdon High School where we 
will do setup beginning at 6:00 PM. 

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be able to set up one of 
the two cafeterias on Friday night.  As a result, we must have every available 
member's help on Saturday morning at 5:30 AM to complete the setup in time to 
allow vendors to get their tables set up in time for our public opening at 8:00 
AM!

Every member of CRA has an interest in our hamfest being a success!  If you want 
to keep the club in the black so we can make repairs to the repeaters, purchase 
a trailer, and do other fun things, then come out to help and make our hamfest 
successful.  If the hamfest fails to bring in the funds we need, then the 
alternative is to increase membership dues!  So, as you see, it is in everyone's 
best interest to come out and make the hamfest the biggest success it can be!
