DJ Phalen, a healthcare emergency management and terrorism expert in
California and author of a very popular column on EmergencyMgmt.com,
published an article recently that Christopher Neuwirth, MA
Coordinator/Liaison of the NJ Public Health Amateur Radio Consortium
(http://www.njpharc.org/ ) guest authored for him on amateur radios in
healthcare emergency management.  This is a tremendous step in the right
direction for us as it significantly promotes our initiative among
healthcare and public health stakeholders nationwide.
