Ladies and Gentlemen 

 

Let me take a stab at this (figuratively, of course)

This is a preliminary list of volunteers, I fully expect you'll correct me
where-ever I've goofed, flubbed up, made a mistake or simply omitted
something.

 

Treasurer; Bill WB1GOT

Table Sales; Tony W2HWW

Parking; Jim KC2RYB, Skip KC2TSE

Admission; ? Tom AB2FG??? An Absolute Minimum of two people needed!

Security; ? Minimum one person

Refreshments; ? Minimum five people! No one will assume chairmanship of this
with-out the badly needed help!

Club Table & Voice of Cherryville; ? Minimum of one person who's well
organized and a good public speaker and can stay at the table through-out
the Hamfest!

VE; Marty W2CG, Roberto K2PA, Tom NU2W

Skywarn; Minimum of one!

Talk In; This will require a minimum of one person who: A) Knows the area
well B) has a portable radio set-up (mobile Not handheld), C) Has recent
maps!

 

People who've said they'll be there but, are not assigned yet.
