All,

The air conditioner needs to be removed, cleaned and replaced in it's hole.
This is a 3 person job involving a bit of labor; minimal technical skills 
involved.
It can be performed whenever.
I'll bring the shop vac and brush.

Who?
When available?

Without a fully functioning AC we'll soon need another Henry amplifier repair to 
replace melted parts.
