The team assembled at Paniero's Bread in the shopping center on Rt 202 S 
at 0815 on Thursday morning, 25 Nov 2010.Assignments were given out 
based on the number attending as shown in Attachment 1.The race course 
is shown in Attachment 2.We used the 375 repeater for operation of a 
directed net.W2HWW moved to the starting line initially, then went to 
his location on Mine Street.There were 4261 runners and 1167 walkers 
registered  as taking part in the Turkey Trot.The race started at 0938 
and all stations shut down by 1045.The weather was cold, approx 35 
degrees and snow flurries. Note that a lot of walkers missed their turn 
onto Main Street from Church Street.They ended up at Central and Mine St 
and were sent back on Mine St to Main Street from there. There were no 
incidents regarding safety or needing medical attention reported via the 
net.
