[W2CRA] 4-H Fair status, late Tues

  I am please to report that the CRA tent is set up at the 4-H Fairgrounds.

Thanks to Bill  WB1GOT, Taino  N2DQL, Steve  KC2WLP, Glenn AC2BH and 
Tony W2HWW.

It is located just to the right of the Community Services tent, closer 
to the amusement rides.

If you are at the Fair, stop in and say hello.
