These appear to be the convenient 4-H Fair hours in my case:

Tuesday time for assistance with setting up of tent; As early as 
feasible for the entire group.

Wednesday time;

6PM-10PM 



Thursday time;

2PM - 6PM



Friday time;

 2PM - 6PM



Saturday time;

10AM-2PM


Sunday time;

2PM - 6PM
