I received the following message looking for help from interested hams for a medical invention. I can't vouch for the invention but the message is from a good friend, it's not an internet scam.

I have a friend who is interested in consulting/speaking to some ham radio operators.  He has built something called a Rife machine and needs to build another that can range through more radio frequencies.  The machine he has built is being used to treat people w/ Lyme's disease using radio frequencies.  The premise is that bacteria and viruses have individual frequencies.  Beam the equal but opposite frequency at them and they are destroyed.  The Dr. who pioneered this work was around in the 30's and was destroyed by the AMA b/c his treatments were working...anyway if you want more info on the Dr. the do a search fro Dr. Royal Raymond Rife.

The components are pictured and described in this paper and he was needing help w/ that.  So I wasn't sure if you could do this or know someone in your group who would be willing to help him.  His name is Pete Burger and his e-mail is:
