Ladies and Gentlemen

Regarding the Skylands Triathlon on Sunday, 9/13/09.

We do not have every post filled, as a matter of fact, we have slightly less
then half of our needs met.

Please read the attachment.

Of the remaining positions left, you can identify your preference, if more
then one person wants a position, I'll base my decision based on your
experience.

This is the first time we've received this much recognition for our efforts
and we should make every effort (as in the past) to make a strong showing
and a professional job of it.

Our Commitment during the Race

 

1)      We report, to net control, the First 3 Men and the First 3 Women
passing each check-point

 

2)      We wait for the last participant to pass each check-point, and
report to net control, before leaving that check-point

 

3)      We report to net control when there are participants who need
medical assistance or to be picked up on the course for any reason

 

4)      We will report hazards observed on the course like unauthorized
vehicles, barricades or anything else we observe that may cause a dangerous
conditions.

 

 

We Cannot: Offer any advice, Medical Assistance or Mechanical Repair
Assistance

 

We Cannot: Provide Traffic Control
