[W2CRA] Field Day related

All,

I have volunteerd to write a document on how we put together the CRA Field 
Day.  While I don't think this is going to help us too much this year, I 
believe it will greatly improve how we do things for next year and the 
following years.  Since I am a new member I don't have too much history or 
experience on how the club has put this event together in the past.  What I 
ask of you is to make sure you come see me at this years event and relate 
how you have assisted with the field day in the past.  I doesn't matter to 
me if you are one of the go to guys or if you contribute in a small fashion. 
All information is relavent to this document.  Once I have collected as much 
information from the membershp as I can I will create an outline and a 
document for the club that will help us in our planning of next years event. 
If you are not sure who I am just ask around.  I'm sure there might be one 
or two people who would admit to knowing me.
