Attention!

Would everyone (that's ALL of you) search through any CRA paperwork you might have in an attempt to locate the original or a copy of N.J. State form ST-5 - "Exempt Organization Certificate" and let me know if you find one.
Ideally, someone will turn up the original.  A clear, clean copy is a good stand-in.  But even one that has been used but can be cleaned up is acceptable.
We're about to pay a bunch of club $ in NJ sales tax when we shouldn't have to.
