CRA 4H Team,

Plans have changed a little....
We will be more or less where we were last year as the left side of the community service tent is (over) occupied by the carnies.  So...  we're in front of the golf cart charging tent on the RIGHT side of the community service tent.

Therefore, we need 1 tent, 2 or 3 tables and some chairs from the trailer.
CRA banners and club posters also.
We need to haul that stuff to the fairgrounds: pickup truck anyone?

I'll provide my 33 foot aluminum mast, 2m 440 antenna and a 75M dipole.  If someone has a 40M dipole we can haul that up too.
I expect to have some equipment (radio, tuner, power supply, 2M440 radio) also BUT - there will be a VERY STRICT (inventory and signature) chain of custody and use associated with it.  So...  If you don't want the responsibility, BYO.  This is (mostly) because 1) I "lost" my Z100 tuner last year and 2) an old carnie kept trying to "buy" one of my boatanchors.

I "hope" to be there the same time the tent and tables arrive so call me on my cell: (908) 304 5563 when you get to the trailer.

I also have a key to the gate at the library but it should be open in the afternoon.  Call if necessary and LEAVE A MESSAGE with a call back number if you don't get me the first time.
