KC2CMC has requested the following messsage on the
reflector:

Esteemed Members of The Cherryville Repeater
Association II

Soon, Field Day, not to mention our meeting, will
be upon us. Mostly, this is an easy event but, I
need you to all consider a few things and how you
can help.

Is someone willing to chair the “meals for hungry
Hams” position, the alternative is: we're all on
our own???

Is someone willing to be the “score keeper” Barry,
K2BC has done this in the past and we cannot
assume he wants to do it again? But, (Barry) if
you are willing, who will step up to help?

Unless, as a group you want more, I forsee three
towers: one for the GOTA group which Glen will
chair and two others, someone or two someone’s
need to run those positions. 

I think we need some mentoring in those positions
to show less experienced Hams the ins and outs of
contesting, let alone scheduling so as many people
as possible get a chance in “The Hot Seat”.

And our favorite, set up and disassembly of the
site (tear down seems a bit rough, don’t you
think). We’ll all be fresh for set-up Friday but,
just as many people need to be there for
“disassembly” would one of you coordinate that?

I keep saying “one of you” because we are all
members of the same club, so we all share the same
responsibilities when it comes to getting things
done.
