A reminder: The new cell phone act, that makes it
a primary offense to use a cell phone while
driving a car goes into effect tomorrow, Saturday,
March 1. 

   The bill specifically exempts amateur radio
operators, but don't count on police knowing so.
It's a good idea to print a copy of the
legislation and carry it in your car. You can
obtain your copy  by going to this website:
