Ladies and Gentlemen

Regarding the club dinner;

January 9, 2009 is the date.

Please use my email address to let us know if your attending and how many
will be in your party its kc2cmc at comcast.net

Please bring a dessert, if you’re considering something for the dinner menu,
please call or email Sandra to coordinate it.

Sandra, Barry please let people know, which is the best way to contact the
either of you.

If anyone would like to entertain our tough crowds please feel free,
Roberto, Pat, Kurt, Glen and or anyone else????

Please consider a $20.00 dollar donation per family, I/we understand that
these are tough times and if you can’t then don’t but attend anyway and be
among friends and if you can offer more, please do!

So no one is embarrassed use a plain envelope (no names and no call signs)
leave it empty or fill it to capacity. It will remain anonymous either way.

Your attendance is the most important thing! There will be door prizes and a
50/50 raffle.
