[W2CRA] General theory and code

This is just a reminder to anybody who had taken the
theory test for the General, element 3B at last years
VE exam, and didn't take the code exam; you can take a
copy of your CSCE to one of the local clubs that are
having a VE exam after Feb 23rd,pay the fee and get
your General Ticket!!!!! 

Do not wait until we have our session at the hamfest,
as CSCE's are only valid for 1 year!!!
