Q'dos.....I couldn't say it better!!!!! Just one more bit of info. When
these cells (the plant) reach around 11.4 volts on discharge (1.9 per cell) they
go into intensive care mode. Possible polarity reversal. The "12 volt" plant
should be maintained at 13.02 volts and charged at 13.2 volts. The present plant
has a capacity of around 2600 amp hours. That's not 2600 amps for an hour but
no more than 240 amps of discharge rate. The present discharge rate is around
120 amps if all RF emitters are on.
The condition Bill found the plant in is scary. We are damn lucky that we
don't have any bad cells.
