[W2CRA] Skylands Triathlon

Thanks to all the club members who volunteered to help
at the Hunterdon 4H Fair and Special Event Station
W4H. We made contacts with hams from Maryland to
Vermont. A more complete report will be made at the
September, General Membership meeting.

And now it’s time to sign up to help at the 21st
Annual SKYLANDS TRIATHLON & DUATHLON 2007.

Every year, the club staffs communication points
around the race course to ensure the safety of the
participants and reports on the racers to our net
controller (Barry, K2BC) who passes them on to the
race committee. We need your help to honor this long
standing commitment.

The race is on Sun., September 16,  "Rain or Shine".
We report to the starting line for our assignments at
around 0700 then move out to our stations. We finish
around noonish.

After the race, there is a “gourmet post race buffet”,
Dr. "D" DJ music, and “multi-color premium” T-Shirts.
There is a Coffee, Tea, Danish Pastry, Bagel Buffet
for all on the race morning.

Event Site: Spruce Run State Park 
Rt. 31 North of Rt. 78 from the East or West.
