[W2CRA] Hamfest Change and Award Dinner Reminder

Many of you will receive this twice, because I
sent once to the full membership email list and
here on the reflector. Sorry for the duplication,
but wanted to be sure to get everybody.

There are two subjects of urgency to pass along to
you:
1.  The 2007 Hamfest has changed its date! The new
date is March 24, two Saturdays from when it was
scheduled, but NOT on St. Patrick's Day. Very
sorry for the inconvenience, but we lost one of
the cafeterias for the 10th, and there is no way
we can hold a hamfest with just one cafeteria.
So...the new date again is March 24th, 2007, same
place and time as usual. I have notified the ARRL
to change the date -- one day after it was posted
for the 10th, by the way -- and am changing the
website tonight. Worse, we have to change the
flyers and vendor flyer quickly. 

2.  Don't forget to send in your reservation and
payment for the Awards Dinner and Christmas
banquet. It's only a week from this coming
Saturday, but Patrick needs to know the count by
this coming Saturday. Be sure to email him and/or
Marilyn at n2vf at att.net with the number of people
coming. The reservation form and payment should be
sent to the Club P.O. Box, which is Box 308,
Quakertown, NJ 08868. Thanks on both counts!
