[W2CRA] Hunterdon 4 H Fair Help Needed

Once again, its time for the Hunterdon County 4 H fair.  I need help in stetting up on Tuesday afternoon August 22.  I will need help in picking up some equipment at the trailer and at the fair grounds.  I will need some one with a pick up truck at the trailer.  At this time, I'm assuming that we will need one tent, the Telescoping Mast, the G5RV antenna, and related rigging.  This is a wire antenna at about 30 feet.  

I also need some help in planning and making the display signs.  I don't know what's in the trailer from last year.  

The Fair requires that we man the booth from 10 am to 10 pm on Wednesday August 23rd and from 10 am to 6 pm (or tear down) on Sunday August 27th (if my math is correct).  We will need a working party on Sunday afternoon to tear down the equipment and put everything back in the trailer (we will need some one with a pick up truck).

Please send me an email indicating when you can man the booth.  We will need folks for every day of the fair.  The Call sign used will be W2CRA.  If some one would like to be the chair for this event please send an email.  I hope that we cn to this event right, and that means that we need people to come out and man the booth.  We will also need some equipment each day.  

Please let me know what you can bring as well.  One other thing, we are not trying to sell any thing this year other than our hobby and club to the public.  So, please come out and have some fun!
