We don't need a list or reminder when it comes to what's wrong.

Well all need, including members we haven't seen in a long time (you
know who you are) to pick one small thing and fix it.

That would amount to 50 or so fixed small problems!

We have interests, share them make it into a learning experience and
keep it fun!

Our recognition dinners during the holidays should be back the way they
were 5 or more years ago!

And if the club looses money on the dinner, tuff! You all worked so
hard to earn the money for the club, you should all have a chance to
enjoy it!

Why do you think so many of our wife's don't want to come? It's not Fun!

When you smile everyone wants to know why!

No one cares when you frown and complain.

You all need to give this club a mandate, if you can't get some pleasure
from doing it, why do it?

The word hobby infers fun and not work.

It can be fun having a Hamfest, doing Public Service, helping your
neighbors.

It's a frame of mind, if you call it work it is and if you decide your
going to make it a positive and pleasant thing, then It will be!

I'm not finished with all of you yet!

Michael, KC2CMC
