[W2CRA] FCC resumes certain license processing functions January 4

   In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina the FCC suspended vanity call
   application  processing,  the transferring of calls from the active to
   the
  expired  file  and  the returning of applications with defects
   for
  amending. The FCC resumes these activities in full starting on
   January
 2006.
