Due to a scheduling error on my part, I managed to overlook the Cherryville board meeting in the same place and at the same time.

Therefore, the charter meeting is moving to Tuesday, September 13th, same place (Hunterdon OEM meeting room) and same time (20:00 - 21:30 latest).

Sorry for the confusion.
