Hello!

I have been totally remiss in my project management, at least with regard to
Communications.

BCHP is having a second Recognized Horse Trial on Sunday October 31st.  I
know I mentioned it earlier in the year, but have not said anything since.

CAN THE CLUB HELP?????  (Lord, I hope so, or my name is mud)

We will need to usual contingent of a dozen or so people, the more the
merrier.   New courses, all three levels, and we are running the Area II
Beginner Novice Championships, as well.  We have a separate start/finish
line, too, so communications there is critical.

We will even extend the invitation for the Competitors/Volunteers party the
night before to anyone who can come help on Sunday and wants to come out on
Saturday night, too! (Dinner and drinks, starts around 5:30)  Will just need
to know how many for the party so we can plan...

Please let me know if this is possible, ASAP, so if not I can seek
alternatives.
