Myself and another member of CRA received email messages through the =
arrl mail service that most likely contain a virus. The subject line =
is Hi and the email contains an .exe executable file. A press release =
indicates this message is the work of spammers who use the program to =
harvest email addresses and to turn home pc's into a mini-mail server =
which in turns is used to send out spam. The virus is new. My virus =
program did not detect the virus. If you receive such an email it =
should be deleted from the inbox and from the trash folder without =
opening.
