The State and County Emergency Management Teams are Gearing Up for the 
approaching Hurricane.

Please have your people ready to go on late thursday evening or early 
Friday morning if needed.  I'm probably going to activate our EOC on 
late Thursday night.  Obviously a lot of this will depend on what the 
track of the storm is looking like.  They are telling us now that we 
could get up to 10 inches of rain if the storm hits just right.  I'll 
keep you informed as we get the info.  Thanks
