Field Day is coming up this weekend, and thankfully the rain--at least the
continuous downpours--seems to be over for now. Those of you who were at the
meeting had the opportunity to sign a list indicating when you plan to be
there starting with Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. Here is the
list as it stands now:

As you can see, there are plenty of gaps. If you haven't signed up yet to be
there, or if you couldn't at the meeting, please let me know by email
barrycam@earthlink.net or bcampbell@scettc.org when you will be there and if
there is a special are you will cover or work.

Most critical areas are:

1. Setup people Friday afternoon

2. PR Tent on Saturday!!!

3. Clean up on Sunday afternoon

Here's the schedule:

Friday:
Noon until 2:00 begin setting up dining area, hook up power for dining area.
2:00  Begin installation of towers--plenty of people needed.
around 5:00-6:00  hamburgers and dogs to eat.

Saturday:
10:00 on - final preps for operating
Noon - Hamburgers and dogs available.
2:00 Start operating! Continue for 24 hours straight
approx. 5:00 pm Dinner available

Sunday:
Approx. 6:30 a.m. Breakfast available
Noon Lunch available
2:00 p.m. Operating stops, brief meeting held to discuss results
Approx. 2:15, take down and put everything away. MANY PEOPLE NEEDED. The
more people, the faster it goes
By approx 6:00 pm head for home and relax!

We will likely have visitors, I know of one of our Assemblywomen coming to
visit, and I think we'll have a good show for them. See you this weekend!
