Can anybody use this setup??

I have for sale a Spectrum - Comm UHF-FM Repeater for sale presently =
Crystalled on 463.775 Tx/ 468.775 Rx w/TPO 40w will tune entire =
406-512MHz band with slightly reduced specs above 470 MHz. System is =
mounted in a cabinet with a Com-Spec TP-38 Tone Panel and a Wacom 4 =
Cavity Duplexer. System includes all manuals and has been tested to =
specs as of 2/10/03 and is stored in a climate controlled garage.
Asking $700.00 obo Due to Size / weight it cannot be shipped. must pick =
up in Whitehouse,NJ on Rt. 22 in Hunterdon county
