[W2CRA] Autopatch phone line

Some of you may have noticed that if you attempt to make a phonepatch the
call appears to go through, that is there is dialtone, and the number is
dialed, but then goes high and dry and never connects. We are aware of the
problem and Sprint has been contacted and says they should have the problem
fixed by this evening (Friday, 7/26).
