[W2CRA] Net taking a vacation

Bob,

Have a great vacation...you deserve it.

But Hello CRA, doesn't Bob have a backup?  Its not a good thing to allow a 
lapse like this.  Who will be the NCS (Net Control Station) for the next 2 
weeks?
