[W2CRA] Fwd: NEW NJ Amateur Radio License Plate Legislation Passed

[John Crovelli]

John Holtz, K2WJ, initiated this legislation several years ago.  I believe 
it adds the words AMATEUR RADIO to the plates and allows hams with leased 
vehicles to obtain the plates for the first time.
