If you haven’t already done so, please remind your members to visit  https://send-a-letter.org/hoa/ and have them send the letter to their elected officials asking them to support this legislation.

It’s so easy.  Just enter your callsign and hit send.  You do not have to be a league member to do this.  It can easily be done on a mobile phone.

If your club has not yet responded to the club letter writing campaign, please follow the directions in the email which I am forwarding below.

If you have questions, please let me know.  I’m happy to help.

Subject: Update on Club Letters

All

As promised, I have created a simplified means of providing the necessary instructions on how to create the Club letters to Congress and a simplified means of delivering the form letter in Word format to the end user. A one-stop webpage has been created to make it easier for you to request Club letters from the Field and for the Clubs to generate the letters.

The instructions contained on the webpage are more detailed than before and are more detailed for the purpose of addressing questions that have arisen from the field. The instructions are also designed, if followed, to eliminate some mistakes — unintentional — we have observed in the creation and delivery of the letters.

Send the following link to your Section Managers, AACs, BFF:   https://send-a-letter.org/club

It is a completely self contained website — Instructions and the down loadable form letter.

If you have questions, please all.
